One standout job involved custom-fabricating a bellhousing and flex-plate adapter to mount a 1997 electronically-controlled Ford BTR automatic to a 1957 Ford Y-Block. The results were incredible – better drivability and fuel economy improving from 22L/100km to 12L/100km – all while retaining the original column shift and factory speedo.
